1、 Service object
Local enterprises and institutions in the province, foreign trade and economic enterprises at all levels, foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises, and other institutions and enterprises that should go to the Provincial Department of foreign trade and economic cooperation for visa notification according to relevant regulations.
2、 Relevant materials and requirements
（1） To apply for a visa in China, you need to submit a report on inviting foreigners to come to China (Annex 1). The format of the report shall be formulated by the Department of foreign trade and economic cooperation of Shandong Province, which can be copied or made by computer. The writing must be clear and neat. It is not allowed to use ball point pen, pencil, pure blue ink and other writing tools that are not conducive to document preservation.
（2） At the same time of submitting the report form, the passport copy of the invited personnel with a valid period of more than half a year shall be provided. The name and passport number in the copy must be clear.
（3） The inviting unit shall provide a letter of guarantee (Annex 2), which shall be signed and sealed by the legal representative.
（4） The inviting unit shall provide the business license and the certificate of economic and trade exchanges with the invitee or its institution.
（5） If you meet one of the following conditions, you can apply for a valid multiple round-trip visa for half a year or one year after providing the corresponding supporting materials:
1. There are investors in China;
2. Management personnel of foreign parent company of the company in China;
3. Personnel who come to China frequently to execute the contract;
4. I have obtained visa F for many times.
（6） The materials required at the time of reporting shall be in triplicate, one of which shall be kept by the foreign trade department of the city.
3、 Basic procedure
（1） According to the needs of its own business development and on the premise of having a basic understanding of the situation of the invited party, the inviting unit shall submit an application to the foreign trade and Economic Cooperation Department of its Municipality.
（2） After signing opinions and affixing official seals, the foreign trade and economic departments of the affiliated cities and prefectures shall submit them to the Provincial Department of foreign trade and economic cooperation for handling.
（3） If the materials are complete, the time limit for inviting foreign businessmen to come to China for examination and approval is two working days (excluding public holidays) from the date of receipt.
（4） The successful visa notification form of authorized units can be obtained directly from the Provincial Department of foreign trade and economic cooperation or through the Municipal Foreign Economic and trade departments.
4、 Others
For countries that implement special visa regulations, their native citizens must apply to Chinese embassies and consulates in the country with the original copy of visa notice form of authorized units. Units and individuals who forge relevant documents to defraud visa notices or illegally buy and sell visa notices will immediately stop their right to apply. If the circumstances are serious, they will be handed over to judicial organs for handling. The validity period of the visa notice form of the authorized unit is 3 months, starting from the date of visit in the notice form.
